Payton lives in Davenport with her boyfriend and their three cats. Outside of work, she enjoys going to concerts or staying in with a good book or some relaxing video games. She grew up in several different Illinois cities, which helped her become adaptable and comfortable connecting with new people.
After spending most of her life in food service, Payton made the jump into the insurance world in September 2025. She is now licensed in both Illinois and Iowa and continues to grow her knowledge and experience in the industry.
